Auraïa has advised Redbridge in the acquisition of De Rhins, an operational consulting firm dedicated to cash management consulting and bank fee optimization.

After the acquisition, the entire De Rhins team will remain in place and its executives will continue to be involved as shareholders within the Redbridge Group.
