The project
Auraïa was initially approached to advise the private owners of the hotel in the operations restructuring in 2016. To do this Auraïa has put together and led a new team composed of experts from the management of hotels and digital marketing in order to manage the winter and summer seasons 2016. Auraïa was then mandated to identify a new operator of the hotel. At the end of a structured process and numerous due diligences, Victoria-Jungfrau Collection, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Swiss group Aevis Victoria, already owning four prestigious hotels in Switzerland, was chosen for the takeover.
Today
Today the operation of the hotel by the Aevis group is going well. Auraïa continues its support to the family as regarding this matter.
Crans Ambassador needed fast and radical industrial solutions to maintain objective value, maximizing the interest of its employees, suppliers, buyers, creditors and shareholders. Auraïa's intervention was instrumental in quickly solving this complex equation.
