Auraïa's involvement in this operation has consisted of a general support for Eduservices in the acquisition of the entire capital of CDAF Formation.

This acquisition will enable Eduservices to strengthen its coverage of the entire value chain, from initial training to professional training. The operation will also allow the Group to continue its development of new business expertise, as well as to consolidate its digital offer.
