The project

Auraïa advised the founder of Moma in its strategic alliance with Groupe Barrière who bought 49% of the capital in 2016. Groupe Barrière is a French leader who owns 35 casinos, 16 luxury hotels and more than 140 restaurants for a turnover of 1,2 billion euros and 7.000 employees.

Today

Auraïa continues to support Moma Group in its development by participating in the sourcing and analysing external growth opportunities. A new joint operation with the opening of a new identified location is expected in mid 2018.

Pierre brings me for several years his experience as an entrepreneur. His strength is to be able to provide highly operational advice while being part of a long-term strategic perspective.
