The project
In order to establish its position as a leader in its market and to define its development roadmap, Annick asked Auraïa to carry out a Strategic and Financial Diagnosis and to formulate recommendations in terms of organization and operational efficiency, commercial development, technological innovation and strategic positioning.
Drawing on its experience in the Training and Consulting sectors, Auraïa conducted its work over a period of 6 weeks, in close collaboration with the eSkills team. Auraïa's conclusions consisted of about twenty concrete and transforming recommendations that were translated into a Business Plan. This work allows eSkills to federate the team around a clear and shared project allowing the team to pursue its development serenely by seizing the numerous opportunities offered by the market.
Today
Auraïa continues to support eSkills in monitoring the company's transformation plan and in connecting with contacts and experts in the sector.
