Auraïa has advised the shareholders of Sysmosoft in the sale of the company to Swiss Post Group. Sysmosoft should be merged with SwissSign, a subsidiary of Swiss Post by the end of 2022.

The project
Auraïa has led a dual-track process with Swiss, European and American investors and industrial players. The operational links forged with Sysmosoft over several years enabled Swiss Sign to enter into exclusive negotiations and to conclude the transaction on July 1st 2022.

Following the transaction, Sysmosoft and SwissSign should merge to provide their customers with a comprehensive set of solutions to address situations where security and privacy are paramount.
