Pierre Lasry
Managing Partner


A French-Swiss graduate of La Sorbonne Philosophy in Paris living in Geneva with his family, Pierre Lasry began his career in 1992 by founding Lowendalmasaï, a consulting firm in cost management and business performance improvement, specializing in the fields of taxation, social security contributions, purchases, working capital requirements and innovation.

Remunerated according to the results obtained, Lowendalmasaï employed 360 people in 9 countries (Germany, Benelux, China, Spain, France, Great Britain, Italy, Japan and Portugal) before its alliance with Alma Consulting to give birth to the Ayming group in 2015.

Pierre Lasry started the advisory boutique Auraïa in 2015 in order to help and advise a clientele of mainly entrepreneurs in their journey.


Romain Maini
Vice President


Romain holds a Master's degree in Finance from Grenoble Alpes University. Before joining Auraïa in 2021, Romain spent four years in the investment bank Financière de Courcelles in Paris after working for a French private equity investment fund and then for a Luxembourg family office.

Having carried out a dozen transactions in the Technology, Aeronautics and Digital Education sectors, Romain has advised entrepreneurs, large groups and investment funds on sales, purchases and fund-raising operations.

Romain is based in Paris.


Sébastien Pamart
Senior Analyst


Sébastien holds a Master's degree in Finance and Markets from the ESDES Grandes Ecoles program in Lyon. Before joining Auraïa, Sébastien worked at ICD Finance, a Geneva-based financial advisory firm. He has contributed to several M&A, fundraising and financing operations in the Technology, Energy and Health sectors for start-ups and small and medium-sized companies, after an experience in the Finance Department of the Somfy group.

Sébastien is based in Geneva.


Louis Balthazard
Analyst


Louis holds a Master in Management (MiM) at ESCP Business School, a Bachelor in Economics and a Master MBFA at Paris I (Panthéon Sorbonne). Prior to joining Auraïa, Louis spent two years in financial audit firm EY in Paris where he worked on the firm's two most prestigious mandates in the banking sector.

Louis is based in Paris.


Yann Bouillonnec
Senior Advisor


Yann Bouillonnec has more than 25 years of experience in the luxury industry, first with the Richemont Group, in the development of the Cartier and Vacheron Constantin brands, then with the LVMH Group at TAG Heuer. He has held several key position such as General Director Asia, then International Director of Vacheron Constantin and Vice President of Sales for TAG Heuer.

After his career at LVMH, Yann joined the Genesis Motor Group as Head of Sales to open and develop the European market.

Yann holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse.

Yann joined Auraïa as Senior Advisor in 2022.


Yves Froppier
Senior Advisor


Yves Froppier joined Auraïa as Senior Advisor in 2019.

Yves has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry both as an entrepreneur and as a manager, supplemented by experience as an investment banker.

Yves has held several positions as CEO Switzerland and Vice President of major IT groups such as Capgemini, GFI International and Transiciel. He also founded the Swiss subsidiary of Pax Corporate Finance and has served on the boards of directors of numerous startups.

Yves is also President of Positive Planet Switzerland, a non-profit organization founded by Jacques Attali. After a scientific academic program, Yves completed his training with a General Management program at INSEAD.


Jean-Sylvain Perrig
Senior Advisor


Jean-Sylvain Perrig holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Lausanne and a Federal Diploma in Financial Analysis. He is the founder of Premyss SA, whose role is to assist financial intermediaries in implementing a disciplined, transparent and documented investment process that promotes risk-adjusted performance. He is a member of various investment committees of Independent Asset Managers and also advises Family Offices.

Jean-Sylvain is the President of the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (SFAA), which aims to educate investment professionals. He is a former Chief Investment Officer of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild and Union Bancaire Privée (UBP).

Jean-Sylvain joined Auraïa as a Senior Advisor in 2021.
